DESCRIPTION:On April 5\, 2025\, one day before the Deutsche Post Marathon Bonn\, we invite you to the Shake Out Run! This run is the ideal opportunity to get back into marathon mode in a relaxed way and run out any last nerves.  \nWe will run 5km in three pace groups (5.30min. per km/6.00min./6.30min.). Diadora will bring test shoes for everyone who wants them! We therefore ask you to register for better planning. We will meet at the Diadora stand on Münsterplatz in Bonn and start at 9.00 a.m. – if you want test shoes\, please come a little earlier.    \nWe are already looking forward to seeing you! \nYour team from Absolute Run – Laufladen Bonn
