What you can expect on the evening: Two presentations on the following topics:   \n\nHow can you coordinate your cycle and your training and positively influence your hormone balance? by health and nutrition coach Sarah Lalla from Blueline Performance \nHow do you find the right sports bra for you? from a trainer at our sports bra supplier Brooks Running \n\n  Brooks will bring test bras so that you can try them out in an active part\, an athletic training session. There will also be plenty of time for questions and an exchange of experiences\, as well as free cold drinks and a small surprise for every participant 😊 As always\, we charge €10 for our information evening\, which we will donate to a good cause. We will announce the recipient of the donation on the evening. So come along and bring your girlfriend/mother/daughter/sister/partner. Men / boys will unfortunately have to stay outside on the evening.
