The Deutsche Post Marathon is just around the corner – for many, the hot preparation phase begins now. It’s not just the number of kilometers that counts, but above all the quality of your training: clean technique, an economical running style and targeted stimuli. Whether it’s a marathon, 10 km or simply running more efficiently – this training will give you valuable inspiration.
