The ABSOLUTE RUN Crosslauf Bonn starts at 11:00 a.m. – a 2.5 km long lap over the varied cyclocross course of the RCB/Unisport.
One, two or three laps – you decide on the go. The ideal opportunity to put the test shoes, which can be borrowed free of charge on site, to the test in real terrain.

I will not assert any claims against the organizer or the sponsors of the run and their representatives for damages and injuries of any kind that I may suffer as a result of my participation. I declare that I have trained sufficiently for participation in this competition and that I am in good physical health. The medical staff is entitled to remove me from the race if there are any threatening signs of damage to my health. I agree that the data provided in my registration may be used for the purpose of the event.
I am aware that there is a professional photo service provided by Winni Penno / Königswinter, where the run and its participants are photographed. By participating in the event, the participant declares his/her consent to the creation and storage of photos and videos and to the publication of these photos and videos on photography_winni_penno – Realized with Pictrs.com. This also includes forwarding the image and video data to third parties (computer center, quality control, etc.) for the purpose of preparing offers and fulfilling orders. The images and videos can be viewed and purchased by anyone on CROSSLAUF by entering the start number. Participants can object to the publication of their photos and videos at any time. To do so, simply send a message using the contact function via the following CONTACT link, stating the event and the participant’s start number. However, it cannot be completely ruled out that the participant in question may also be photographed in other pictures or videos (e.g. because the start number was not recognizable in these pictures). If Winni Penno is informed of the respective picture numbers in full, the publication of these pictures can also be blocked. I confirm that the information I have provided is correct. After my registration I am not entitled to a refund of the participation fees. Note according to data protection law: Your data will be stored automatically! |

Our 2.5km loop winds its way criss-cross across the Unisport grounds over the original cyclocross circuit from the RCB/Unisport event.
There are changing surfaces and many exciting challenges. The route is varied, but easy to master for all ability levels and ages.
And the very best thing is that you will often pass by the spectators!
