On October 12, we welcome Brooks to our weekly Community Run. Visibility in the dark months is the most important argument for many of you! Brooks has launched a new Run Visible collection and is addressing precisely this issue. Be part of the GALACTIC RUN, try out test shoes from the current Run Visible collection (be there at 18:30 to borrow them) and take a look at the new textiles live. We will then equip you for the Community Run with bright & reflective materials and run our joint lap at 19:00h. After the run there will be refreshments and a little surprise for everyone. For better planning, please register in advance!

This year we are once again inviting you to our trail test shoe event through the autumnal Siebengebirge - this time we are meeting on Sunday, 23.10.22. You will have the opportunity to test various trail shoes from different running shoe brands! What awaits you: A wide range of test shoes from the brands Asics, Brooks, Hoka, Karhu and New Balance Guided warm-up incl. Running-Abc A relaxed training run through the Siebengebirge in three different level groups Duration approx. 45min - 1.5h with distances of 5 -12 km Catering after the run with drinks and fruit Here is the schedule for the event 09:45h Distribution of the test shoes 10:15 warm-up & start of the heats 11:00h Return first group 11:45h Return last group 12:00h End of event The meeting point is in the Ramersdorf parking lot. It is best to enter "Königswinterer Str. 444" into the navigation system. If you are traveling by streetcar (lines 62, 63, 65, 66 & 68), get off at the "Bonn Ramersdorf" stop.
