The running season is picking up speed – we accompany you with yoga for runners.
Together with our certified yoga instructor, we offer you specially tailored sessions to complement your running training. Whether you are training for a competition such as the Deutsche Post Marathon Bonn or simply run regularly – your body will benefit from targeted mobilization, stabilization and conscious breathing work.
