Welcome to ABSOLUTE RUN Laufladen Bonn – your owner-managed running specialist for personal advice, modern analysis and a passion for running. With over 200 m² of retail space, we offer everything runners need for their daily training and competitions – from running shoes to high-quality textiles and accessories.
Every running shoe consultation begins with a 3D foot scan from Footbalance, where we precisely record your foot shape – length, width, arch, pressure distribution and possible misalignments. Based on this, we select the right shoe and fit individual Footbalance insoles that provide optimum support and relief.
Further running analysis takes place on our 14-metre-long tartan track. A high-speed camera records your movements, which we then analyze. We pay attention to special features of your running movement, posture and running style. On this basis, we can then find the perfect running shoe for you. The analysis is part of every consultation (approx. 30 minutes) – a separate appointment is not necessary.
For our running community, we start the Community Run every Wednesday at 7 pm directly at the store – open to all ability levels. The program is supplemented by regular information evenings with guests such as Dieter Baumann and local experts.
