Brooks Glycerin Flex Community Run
On June 17, Brooks will visit us at our weekly community run and bring along the new Glycerin Flex, among other things. We will run a nice lap through Bonn in three different pace groups (5:30min./6:00min./6:30min.) and then meet up again at the Absolute Run Laufladen Bonn to relax and chat. Community Run Bonn with Christian Knees & the Ledschends
Community Run Bonn with Christian Knees & the Ledschends
On June 24, a special guest will be joining us at our Community Run: Christian Knees. The former German road cycling champion, a multiple Tour de France and Giro d'Italia participant, and a native of Rheinbach has been involved in social projects for many years. The Ledschends combine sports with social activism and raise funds for a good cause. This year, the team is supporting eight-year-old Henry from the Aachen region, who lives with autism. The goal is to help fund his dog’s training as a therapy and service dog so that it can provide him with more security and support in his daily life. Before we start running, you'll have the chance to receive an exclusive Ledschends T-shirt in exchange for a minimum donation of 10 €. The proceeds will go directly to the current charity project. As always, we’ll run one lap through Bonn in three pace groups (5:30 min./6:00 min./6:30 min.) and then meet up again at Laufladen Bonn.
