The images and horror stories from Ukraine are certainly not just moving us. Personal conversations with some of our customers who live here and come from Ukraine have also affected us. We are therefore inviting you to a special community run next week: we want to set an example and run for peace in Ukraine! Everyone who wants to take part in the run will receive the white functional shirt with the blue and yellow heart and the dove of peace printed on it. We are deliberately not asking for a fixed sales price for the shirt, but are instead asking for a donation for Ahrche e.V., which is now planning to use its experience from last year's flood disaster to set up an initial reception camp for Ukrainian refugees in the Republic of Moldova. You can find out more about the project here: Die AHRche - Verein für Katastrophenhilfe und Wiederaufbau (die-ahrche.de) Please register via the link below so that we have the appropriate number of shirts on site and be there on March 16 at around 18:45. Important: it is not a competition, there is no timekeeping and no result lists - we run together as a group...
We always know exactly what to do during training. But what happens between sessions? The body's actual training takes place during the regeneration phase: the conversion of the training stimulus into a performance boost. Regeneration takes place on several levels. For most people, a lot of potential remains unused here, so that part of the training effect is always lost. However, recovery can be accelerated and optimized with just a few tricks. One thing is clear: if you regenerate faster, you will be fit again sooner. But we don't want to reveal any more at this point. The well-known sports scientist Dr. Wolfgang Feil, who we were able to win over for an exclusive ABSOLUTE RUN webinar, will give you a full insight into the secrets of optimal recovery: Thursday, March 31, 2022 Start at 19:00 Click on this link shortly before the start or to set up a reminder: https://www.dr-feil.com/webinar/fh/ar/2022-03-31?id=22323 Don't miss this exciting online presentation, which is of course free of charge for you, and the subsequent Q&A session. We are already very excited ourselves and look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
