The body's actual training takes place during the regeneration phase: the conversion of the training stimulus into a performance boost. Regeneration takes place on several levels. For most people, a lot of potential remains unused here, so that part of the training effect is always lost. However, recovery can be accelerated and optimized with just a few tricks. One thing is clear: if you regenerate faster, you will be fit again sooner. But we don't want to reveal any more at this point.
