Track test Bonn night run
Track test Bonn night run
Together with the Bonn Night Run team and up to 80 night runners from Bonn, we want to test the new route of the Bonn Night Run on Wednesday, 17.05.2023. We will run in three groups of approx. 25 people each and at different performance levels (pace of the groups between 5 and 6:30 min/km). You can do one (3.3km), two (6.6km) or three laps (10km) of the new Bonn Night Run course. Among all participants, we will be giving away two starting places for the BNL 2023 and a shopping voucher for Laufladen Bonn worth 100 euros. Start and finish is in the rose garden of the Rheinaue. Timetable from 18:30 - runners check in at the Rosengarten 19:00 - joint start of all groups and prize draw 20:00 - all groups back at the finish drinks will be provided after the run. We are looking forward to numerous test runners!

Saucony Take Courage Van Tour
If you want to push your limits, you need courage. We want to share this spirit together with you and Saucony at a special community run on May 24! We will meet at 18h in the Rheinaue Bonn, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße in the parking lot near the "Kunstrasen" concert area. The Saucony Take Courage van, which is filled to the top with the latest models from the Endorphin collection and lots of training shoes, will be waiting for you there. At 7pm it's time to run! In teams of two, run as many laps as possible around the artificial turf at the Rheinaue. Afterwards, we will finish the run together with a few cool drinks. By the way: every participant will be rewarded with a Saucony functional shirt :-) Here everything in short form: Community Run on 24.5.
