Triathlon Relay Olympic champion Lasse Lührs is a New Balance athlete and together with the New Balance team he will be coming with lots of test shoes on October 2. to our Community Run! After borrowing the test shoes, Lasse will give us a few tips for warming up before we start our run together. Afterwards we let the evening come to a relaxed end. On October 20, the 41st edition of this classic race will take place in Bonn! You can start over 10, 15 and 30 km. Of course you will always run over various bridges :-)
This year we are once again inviting you to our trail test shoe event through the autumnal Siebengebirge - this time we are meeting on Sunday, 3.11.24. You will have the opportunity to test various trail shoes from different running shoe brands! What awaits you: A wide range of test shoes from the brands Altra, Brooks, New Balance and On Guided warm-up incl. Running-Abc A relaxed training run through the Siebengebirge in three different level groups Duration approx. 45min - 1.5h with distances of 5 -12 km Catering after the run with drinks and fruit Here is the schedule for the event 09:30h Distribution of the test shoes 10:00h Warm-up & start of the heats 10:45h Return first group 11:30h Return last group 12:00h End of event The meeting point is in the Ramersdorf parking lot.
