Deutsche Post Marathon test run
Together with the Deutsche Post Marathon and Diadora, we are once again inviting you to a long run (partly on the original routes) on Sunday, March 9th. The meeting point is at the start/finish area of the New Year's Eve run on Bonn's Rathenauufer. We start here at 9:30 am with the loan of the Diadora test shoes. At 10 a.m. we then set off on the 18 km route in three or four different level groups. We run in such a way that we return to the starting point after 10km. You can have a quick snack or change your shoes and then we go on another 8km loop. Would you like to take a look at the route in advance or download it for your GPS watch? On April 5, 2025, one day before the Deutsche Post Marathon Bonn, we invite you to the Shake Out Run! This run is the ideal opportunity to get back into marathon mode in a relaxed way and run out any last nerves. We will run 5km in three pace groups (5.30min. per km/6.00min./6.30min.). Diadora will bring test shoes for everyone who wants them! We therefore ask you to register for better planning. We will meet at the Diadora stand on Münsterplatz in Bonn and start at 9.00 a.m. - if you want test shoes, please come a little earlier. We are already looking forward to seeing you! After the many positive reactions from last year, we are once again setting up our hotspot at the corner of Petra-Kelly-Allee / Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße as part of the Deutsche Post Marathon - directly behind the 13th running kilometer! This time, with the support of Diadora, the whole thing will look a bit bigger and we have put the sound system in the professional hands of a DJ. So you won't be able to miss or overhear us! If you are not running, we would be delighted if you came to cheer us on! It starts at 9am - a café bike will be on site, the barbecue will be on and a cold drink or two will be waiting for you.
