Shake Out Run

On April 18, 2026, one day before the Deutsche Post Marathon Bonn, we invite you to the Shake Out Run! This run is the ideal opportunity to relax and get into marathon mode and “run out” the last nerves.

We will run 5 km in three pace groups (5:30 min/km, 6:00 min/km, 6:30 min/km). Diadora will bring test shoes for everyone who wants to try them out! We therefore ask you to register so that we can plan better.

The meeting point is at the Diadora stand on Münsterplatz in Bonn in front of the trade fair tent, starting at 9:00 a.m. – if you would like to try out test shoes, please come a little earlier.
