On 22.9. it finally starts again - the #ZeroHungerRun takes place in the Rheinaue! For the 7th time already: Bonn goes to the mass start for a fair world without hunger and poverty. Are you in? Once again, your voluntary donation will support Welthungerhilfe's project work. That's why you can actively make a difference by taking part in Bonn - regardless of whether you are an occasional jogger or an ambitious long-distance runner. As always, there is a 5 km and a 10 km course on which you can compete alone, in a team, walking or as a relay team. The little ones can also prove themselves again on the 400 m lap. We are delighted to welcome Lasse Lührs, Olympic champion in the triathlon mixed relay in Paris, and his coach Christoph Großkopf from Bonn for an information evening! We talk to the two of them in detail about the races in Paris, of course, but also shed light on how they got there and look ahead to what's next.
